I am currently having an issue with saving forms into Laserfiche activity. This is the error message that I am currently receiving via event viewer on the server. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

There are several possible causes of the issue:

The primary Forms server URL (configured in the FormsConfig site) cannot be validated
The form references an external JS file and/or external theme related file (image, etc.) that can't be found

Also, try creating a brand new business process and form for testing. Make sure it's not using any custom JS or themes and test saving the form to the repository. Then slowly add components found in the original form until you run into the issue. That may help you determine what the root cause is.
