Laserfiche Social BPM is not listed under Optional Components

I would like to install Social BPM as part of our VAR demo, however, it does not appear as an option to install under Avante 9.2.1.  Instructions I'm following:

  • Open the Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio install media and double-click Autorun.exe. Choose your language, select Optional Components, and select Laserfiche Social BPM. Click Laserfiche Social BPM Installation to begin.

 

Attached is a screenshot of my Optional Components page.

Thanks for any input or redirecting me to the proper place!

Social BPM actually comes with the Rio installation package and not the Avante installation package. However, when activating Social BPM, use the Social BPM - Avante activation key. For using Social BPM in demo mode, please see this web help page.

Social BPM is not part of the Laserfiche Avante package. You can obtain it as a direct download from the support site download center or in the Laserfiche Rio package.
