No forms are appearing for my users when I login to Laserfiche Mobile. Am I misunderstanding the functionality or do I have something configured incorrectly?
I am using the VAR demo with LaserRepository, and my test user is Casey Case. System Security is configured so that the Case Management group has the Process Creator role, and the Submitter role for the two case-related processes. When Casey Case is logged in to Forms over the internet, the two case-related processes appear when I click Start Process, but in Laserfiche Mobile no forms appear when I tap Fill Out Form (the following placeholder message is shown: "When a process is available for you to start, it will appear here.") I have tried with Admin, too, which is configured to see everything.
