We're getting this error when we use the find entry tool; it ‘was working before, but one day we start to get this error. Did somebody get this error?

For Ricardo WF case with LF Support, the following steps resolved the issue:
Uninstalling WF;
Deleting the WF installation folder;
Reinstalling and reconfiguring then rebooting both SQL and WF resolved the issue.

We had the same error message and found that running a repair on workflow and restarting the workflow service seems to have resolved the issue on our end.

Please open a support case and attach the contents of the Logs subfolder from Workflow's install folder.
