Runaway Workflow - 195,000 instances!

How do I terminate a runaway workflow with 195,000 instances? . Everytime I turn back on the Workflow Service, I crash our server.

Please contact your reseller and open a case with Tech Support.

First disable your starting rule (or all rules), then start just the workflow service, not the subscriber.
