Workflow 9.2 Migration Utility

Our workflow Developers do not have access to our workflow server so is it possible to run the Workflow 9.2 Migration Utility from a machine other than the workflow server after the server settings have been migrated?

The migration utility needs to run on the Workflow 8.0 server. Why do your developers need access to the migration utility?

Thanks for the quick response Miruna. Giving developers access to the migration utility lets them view the migration planning and control the migration of the workflows that they support.
