I was recently setting up a template to import emails from Outlook, set up the defaults in Laserfiche, but the bcc emails and cc emails fields don't populate. The bcc and cc fields do populate properly. Tried changing the bcc emails and cc emails fields to allow multiple, in case it was trying to separate them, but no effect. Any ideas?

Check the width of the fields. Are they long enough for the email strings that are coming in?

Both fields are 40 characters long, the test email was 17 and 16 characters long.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We have it filed in our system. We'll update the thread when a resolution is available. Note that the CCs and BCCs properties will use the name, unless the address isn't in the user's address book in which case it will fall back to the email address.
