Hello,

Once a form is submitted, it brings you to a page that displays some information, and gives you some features.  This is great.  We have a client that wants to put in an html URL to bring you back to the page to resubmit another form.  We put in the URL into the HTML section to submit a new form (same one that's in the share section of the Publish tab), and it displays fine now.  The problem is when you click it, it thinks for a while, then brings you to the "Forms has encountered an error" page.  What is causing this?
