Who ran a workflow from designer

Can we know if a workflow was run manually from the designer?

The rule column in the instance details will say "started from the Designer". If the user set an initiator, the token listed in the instance details will have the name.

Anybody would rights to edit the workflow would be able to run it from the Designer.
