If you know of other VARs in your area, you may want to contact them to see if they have the resources you need. Or reach out to your Laserfiche regional manager to see if they can put you in contact with another VAR who might be willing to work with you. We've helped out other VARs in the areas of Workflows and Forms development.
On top of the training mentioned by Gareth, another great resource are the VAR consultation webinars that Laserfiche hosts every week. They've helped us resolve issues we had with Forms and Workflows, and are great at helping VARs come up with the right solutions. You still have to do the work, but they point you in the right direction. If you can do Workflow and Forms development, but just need ideas of how to create something specific, I recommend signing up for one of the consultation webinars.
Typically a Laserfiche organization's reseller would provide this service. It looks like you are a reseller? Laserfiche periodically offers regional VAR training courses you might want to check out.

The thing is, I'm out of ideas and I was afraid that a client could ask me for something that I couldn't accomplish. But in the end I just need more training, thanks a lot for your answers both of you, I'll get on to that!

I understand your concern. The Laserfiche Answers community was a great resource for me while I was learning more of the advanced features of Forms. I still post questions here when I can't figure something out. I have a few contacts who can help you with Workflows, Forms, and programming if you ever need it.
