First LF Form opened for the day is very slow

The first time that we pull up a form in Forms for the day it takes up to a minute for the form to display. Once we are in the system moves fast. Why does it take so long to load the first form?

It could be a couple different things. Two things that come to mind is that the browsers cache may be getting cleaned out so everything has to be deleted and your website might not be "staying alive" and emptying the site from memory. In the second case, it has to reload the website into memory upon the first request so it can take a little while until it is loaded before it will display the site.
