Calculations work in Preview not in Published Form

We have a form setup to automatically total the value of certain fields.  The calculations work perfectly in preview mode.  However, they do not work in the published form.  Below is the portion of the form I am referring to.  Why would it allow it to work in preview mode, but not in live published mode?

The issue was all of the javascript changes were made under a different starting form.  Once I changed the starting form designation in the process modeler "Start" it works.
