Where can we find the ocr data in the SQL database?

My customer wants to pull the OCR information to create another file outside of Laserfiche.

If you mean the text files associated with image documents, then they're not saved in the SQL database. They're saved in the volume as text files. You can export them through the Client or create an SDK script to do it.

Page text is stored on volumes with the images, not in the database.  You can easily access it with the SDK.  Also see this related question for how to find the file on disk.
