Web Access comes up fast but login takes 18-20 seconds via DNS or IP based url.

This is a 9.2.1 server with all Laserfiche components on one server and only SQL on another one.

There are only 3 users on it.

These are 2012 R2 Standard servers with Trend Micro monitoring agent and UAC on.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Are there anti-virus exclusions required?
