I would like to know how to edit or remove "Default:..." from fields RM_Physical Location and RM_Reason for request.

Hi Cedric,

In what way were you looking to edit the "Default:..." text? It also looks like you've configured default values for those two fields to act as a placeholder. Is a placeholder what you're actually wanting?
