Hello, I have a workflow that is triggered from a form.  When adding a script activity in the workflow, an error is produced saying "Script's default entry: an activity and an entry must be specified."  There is no starting entry since the workflow is triggered from a form.  How can I get the script added to the workflow?  Thank you
