Hi,
We are regularly seeing that few workflow instances are not progressing for more than 3-4 days. It is limited to only few instances of a workflow. Rest of the instances of same workflow are going through without issues. When we terminate the current Waiting/Running instance and re-trigger it, the workflows are going through without issues.
This is adding a manual step in workflow administration.
1) What can be the main causes for such instances ( which are in running/waiting state for long period)
2) Which tables in workflow database have Active workflow information? We can use this information to schedule a workflow to report out such workflow instances ( with TOCID, Name, Start Time, Started By)
