Question

If a field is NULL insert a zero (0) into the token

I am renaming an entry based on the Token Values created from the Fields.

If a field is BLANK, I would like the token to update with the value "0"

Hope that makes sense?

Hello Cylinda,

This can be accomplished using a conditional activity. In the conditional, select your field or token and check if it is empty. The setup for the conditional is in the picture below.

In the picture, I used a Conditional Sequence on a Field grabbed by the Retrieve Field Values Activity. There is also an "is empty" option for tokens if you wanted to check if a token was blank. Hope this helps.
