We are looking to save road as-built drawings, survey monument location record (tie sheets),  and certified survey maps in Laserfiche and connect to Esri maps.  Does anyone have something like this set up?

We are looking for any recommendations as to what metadata we should consider and any tips in implementing this process.  Thanks.
