My First Workflow: Connection Profile Error

I am trying to run my FIRST test workflow.  Haven't heard back from my IT department.  Can somebody tell me what I need to do to fix this error message.  I do have the admin in Workflow and admin in LF. Reading paper on  connection Profiles Overview.

Can you confirm that you have a valid Laserfiche Server, Repository, User name, and password set in your "HumanResources" connection profile?

If you click the link "Manage workflow connection profiles..." it will bring up the Workflow Profile Manager. Please confirm the items mentioned above have the proper values.

Here's what it looks like with no values:

and you'll notice that the Connection Profile just shows as the name. When the connection profile is properly configured, it'll look like

And you can see that the Connection Profile is displayed as [Name]: [User name]@[Repository]. You can also click the "Validate" button to confirm the settings before clicking "OK."
