Edit before submission

Hello,

We have a form where user selects the criteria, say one of the options out of 4.

Based on the selection a different email is generated.

 

Now, is it possible that before the email is send to the end recipient the user has the possibility to sort of preview & then edit if wanted or just send it? Preferably in the browser only.

 

If it's possible, please help to line out the steps.

Hi Sahil,

 

You can consider add another User Task called review email content. And use a Multi-line field to let user update the email body.

Thanks, but the email is a proposal & very long

Is there not a way to open in another tab & then push it out?

no. because it's not stored in a variable.

So what if it's broken in parts & stored in variables?
