I have designed a Laserfiche Form (ver 9.2.1) that has multiple Radio Button questions that are yes/no responses. I am using the Laserfiche Form to populate an Adobe PDF fillable form via LF Workflow that has Yes/No checkbox responses that match the questions on the LF Form. I need to know is there a way to tell the PDF Form that when a Radio Button response is 'yes' to check the 'yes' checkbox on the PDF form and when the radio button response is 'no' to check the 'no checkbox on the PDF form?

Answer
On the PDF, can you have both Yes and No checked at the same time? If no, then those are radio buttons rendered as checkboxes (Adobe lets you do that). They should appear as a single field in Fill PDF, so you could use the Forms token in it directly. If they can be checked at the same time, you'll have to run through a routing decision to set the proper field depending on the value coming from Forms.
The easiest way to figure out the behavior is to look at the PDF in Fill PDF. If you click the Yes box and the No one gets selected too, then they're the same field. For ex, see the field below:

Miruna, this worked perfectly! I created the radio buttons on the PDF form (instead of checkboxes) and was able to properly map the tokens as your screen shot shows.
Thanks again!
Nathan and Miruna,
If I may ask, what "tokens" did you use specifically to do this?
Is it possible to still use/do this functionality using the 'Fill out PDF' Activity, on a PDF Form that is *NOT* being generated from Laserfiche Forms?
I was hoping to find a more efficient way of handling "conditionals" for filling out PDF Field(s) instead of having to create a bunch of 'routing decisions'.
Thank you!
