I have a client that is having issues saving documents in Laserfiche and having them appear in the Public Weblink Portal. 

When one document is moved into the Public Documents folder within the Client the workflow starts and exports the document as a briefcase and I continually get the same error that I attached below.  The Audit Trail Service was not running and when I went to start it, I got an error and it stopped again, it was saying it was not being used by any applications.  Unsure what else to try to fix this error and get their Export Briefcase ability to work again.
