Forms: having workflow retriving unknown amount of table - row values

I am trying to determine on how to retrieve all values from a table with an ADD option. If the user adds another row, how do I get workflow to see that and pull the values from it? Thanks.

within workflow it only shows the first 2 fields within the table:

0 0

I was able to figured it out by using the For each row, and selecting the table as a value for the Forms retrieval activity:
