A client is using the connector to find documents in a LF template. When the value in the program (BS &A) contains an &, the search does not find it. Other special characters seem to work OK. When looking at the value of the tokens it is getting, it has dropped the &. This requires the client to go into the LF document and alter the Vendor name in the template field so that the & is not there in order for the search to work. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there an expected patch date?

Hi Donald,
In the Laserfiche Connector profile, when specifying the token in the search criteria, can you check to see that there are double quotes around the token name? If not, then please make this change and see if there's still an issue.
Regards
It does. I've attached the XML.
I deleted the XML since it contains information about their server. I couldn't recreate the issue in Laserfiche Connector 9.1 so please try upgrading to that version if they haven't done so already.
Also, after running the search (using the Client?) with Laserfiche Connector, check the Client's Advanced Search box to see the syntax that was used to search and confirm that the ampersand is getting ignored.
If this is still an issue after upgrading, please open a support case so the matter can be looked into further.
I've done all the above except open a support case which I will do next.
