Error - This specific operation is not recognized - Error 9051

Hi there,

 

We've been getting this error, Error - This specific operation is not recognized - Error 9051 randomly when using laserfiche. Usually have to restart the program, anyone got any ideas?

Often it means the entry listing or search result listing has been closed on the LF server. To diagnose it further I recommend opening a support case. Trace logs should help narrow down what is going wrong.

And how would I go about opening a support case? I don't see many options.
