Utility to convert Avante 9.2 LF users to Windows Users

Hello, is there still a utility to convert Avante 9.2.1 LF users over to Windows Account users?  I found another thread and the link did not work.

That's the wrong link (we'll fix it). Use the one from the Solution Exchange instead.
