Can WebLink 8.2.2 be built with Visual Studio 2012 with the 4.5 Framework?

Can WebLink 9.0 be built with Visual Studio 2012 with the 4.5 Framework?

I am having problems upgrading WebLink 8.2.2 from 2.0 to 4.5 and was wondering if I need to also switch to WebLink 9.0.

WebLink 9 does target the 4.5 framework and the Visual Studio files are already in version 2012 format, so I think your best bet would be to upgrade.
