agenda manager hyperlinks not working

Hello,

A few days ago, I had upgraded one of our clients from Agenda Manager 8 to 9. The links within the Agenda Packet are not working on this user's workstation. Nothing happens when I click on the link to bring up the attachment within the packet. They are currently on Word 2013 and Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. The workstation is on WIndows 7 SP1 x64.

It may be a setting I am not seeing within Word or Adobe Acorbat. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Sophia,

There's no extra settings required within Word or Adobe Acrobat. The default ones should work. Please have a check if the pdf was generated from Acrobat or PdfFactory. As a known issue, PdfFactory doesn't support hyper links in Packet. After you have confirmed and try to re-publish Agenda Packet again. If the issue persists, I would recommend creating a Support ticket and submit the packet for further troubleshooting.
