In a date template field of a document I erase the date and when I click on the next field in the template it comes back.

In a date template field of a document I erase the date and when I click on the next field in the template it comes back. I can erase the date and when I click on the next field that is a text field the date comes back. I have three users and it only happens on two of them. I am using Laserfiche 9.0.

This is an issue that's fixed in Laserfiche 9.0.2 and up. Please upgrade to at least that version (or better yet, the latest version, 9.2.1). You can refer to KB 1013198 for more details.

You can now properly clear out a date field in the Metadata dialog box. (100867)
