Quick Fields Post Processing

In my quick fields session, in the Post Processing tab, I want to delete the documents once it is picked up by quick fields. For some reason, the Move and Delete actions are disabled, any idea how to make it enabled please?

Can you post a screenshot? Assuming we're talking about Capture Engine (not Universal Capture), the actions that would conflict with your current setup would be disabled. For ex, if you already selected Move as an action, Delete would be disabled.

Priya,

Please check the connection profile being used to retreive the entries from Laserfiche repository. The connection profile you are using must have rights to move or delete the documents.

To change the connection profile, please go to scan>configure scan source>connection>select an account which have rights to move and delete documents and try again.

This is the window Priya is talking about. Mine is set to Windows Authentication and I'm running as the Administrator, which has all privileges. I'm assuming this is what Priya is saying to check on yours.
