Change timeout for users logged in

Is there a way to change the log out time for Agenda Manager? Would this be done in IIS or on one of the ASP files?

Go into IIS and view the advanced settings for the Agenda Manager application pool, AMSAppPool. Under the Process Model section, you can set a new idle time-out. Restart the application pool for this to take effect.
