Dears,

knowing that the Laserfiche System does not support load balancing at the level of its windows application services (LFS and workflow), please to let us know if there is any update on this matter for version 9.2.1 or the coming version.

Dory,

Currently Laserfiche services such Server and Workflow do not support Load Balancing, we do have plans in the future to add these feature. According to development the feature will not be included in the upcoming version of Laserfiche 10. As a note side , Laserfiche can take advantage of load balancing features in DBMS such Oracle and SQL.
