What does Total Document Size means

Hello

When I right click to see the file size of a particular file i get x values, however when i look the Total Document Size, i get another values

can someone explain to me this different in the size of a document

It also includes location data (.loc files), thumbnails (.lft files), edoc, annotation text, attachment annotations and bitmap annotations. I think your extra 2.37KB is the location and thumbnails.

That's a good question. If I take a sample document, it displays:-

But it shows in the client when I select Document>Total Document Size:-

Even if I add 727.46KB & 4.22KB together to get the assumed total document size that only comes to 731.68KB. Seems there is an unexplained 2.37KB somewhere?
