disable automatic login - weblink

In version 9, I cant seems to disable the auto login option for weblink.  I would like users to manually type their own credential to login.

Is this for a customer that's using the Web Distribution Portal? If so, then that explains what you are seeing as the Web Distribution Portal allows for a single user to be configured to auto-login and can handle five concurrent connections.
