Not sure if I have FORMS-Portal Add-On or not.

We have Forms 9.1

Under License Manager/Forms/Properties it says License Limitations: Forms Portal (1).

In Support Page, Activation Keys I only have one activation Key under RIO. Forms Portal says 1 License.

In Forms, under Access Rights for a Business Process the "Public" or "Restricted" choice section does not appear.

Do I have Portal or not ? How to I configure or activate (I only have the RIO Activation Key) ?

It's automatically activated if you have the license when Forms is installed. To verify, create a form and on the Access tab, you'll see an option to make it Public.

If it's there, you have the public portal.
