Audit Trail Service

Hi,

There is an installation with the following details

Laserfiche Ver 9.0.2.671
RIO
Audit Trail 9.0.2 Setup

They have installed a Failo over cluster setup. The Audit Trail Service has not been running for some time and I tried my best to troubleshoot it but to no avail, I therefore reinstalled it again but it ran initially but when I tried to configure it it gave me the permission denied error and on restarting the service again it resumed the same bahavior, "The Laserfiche Audit Trail Reporting Service service failed to start due to the following error: 
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." 

I tried changing the logon account to an admin account to no avail. deleted the config.xml file and tried but still the same. Anyone with any suggestion

Please try the following kb:

Set the ServicesPipeTimeout to 15 minutes and try to start the service again. (Case sensitive)

How long did you set the ServicesPipeTimeout for?

I set it  bit longer to 30 minutes.
