Laserfiche Error 9498

Receiving the above error when trying to do a search. Version 9.2.1.562

 

"Failed to fin the full-text search session. The connection to the search engine might have been reset (9498)

 

Any help with this error greatly appreciated.

Not an error I have seen before but it seems this has happened to someone else a while ago.

Thanks Chris, saw that post earlier.

I tried changing the 'searchdeletetime' It did not help.

Here is the full error message.

Error Code: 9498
Error Message: Failed to find the full-text search session. The connection to the search engine might have been reset. [9498]

Hi David,

 

Hmmmm frown. I honestly have no idea what that error could mean, need Laserfiche to chime in here.

 

The only thing I could possibly suggest is to check the index catalog and/or re-generate the search index files as outlined here - https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1011970
