Thanks Chris, saw that post earlier.
I tried changing the 'searchdeletetime' It did not help.

Hmmmm . I honestly have no idea what that error could mean, need Laserfiche to chime in here.
The only thing I could possibly suggest is to check the index catalog and/or re-generate the search index files as outlined here - https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1011970
