In the DocuSign Integration information provided in the Laserfiche help files, it states that there is a utility that can be used to encrypt passwords for DocuSign users. The utility is called WebAccessConfigEncryptionToggle.exe and per the help file it should be located in the same folder location as the WebAccessConfig.xml. I do not have it in my installation or the customers installation. In fact I have checked 3 installations and am unable to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction.

What version of Web Access are you using? The toggle correctly installs for me in WA 9.0.2 (9.0.2 is the first version that included the integration with DocuSign).

Edit: there appears to be an issue with later versions of Web Access not installing this file. For now, if you contact support, they can provide you with a copy of the file. Sorry for the inconvenience and confusion.
