I am trying to download the Quick Fields 1013636 hotfix, but when I click on the link from this page it says it can't be found.
The link to download the patch works for us. Are you able to access our FTP directly? ftp://ftp.laserfiche.com/pub/LF/KB/1013636/KB1013636.zip
I just tried browsing to ftp://ftp.laserfiche.com and receive the same error message.
Can you check for FTP restrictions on your side? I just tested from my mobile device that's only using cellular data and not connected to our internal network, and I can access ftp://ftp.laserfiche.com just fine.
Also note that direct URL links posted in Answers are mistakenly having http:// appended in front so make sure you're not just clicking on the links here. Open your web browser and manually type in
ftp://ftp.laserfiche.com/pub/LF/KB/1013636/KB1013636.zip
