With the number of forms we're currently using in our organization growing, we obviously have a growing number of Task Participants we have to manage.  

In one recent example, we had an employee move within the organization, and when a form was submitted, the process terminated, because this person was no longer a Named User within Laserfiche.  However, looking forward to other employees potentially leaving, it would be nice to be able to type in a name (for example), and see every form where that person is a Task Participant.  

Additionally, it might be nice to have the ability either:

1) Remove a user (as a Task Participant) from all forms at once, or

2) Replace a user from all forms at once.
