Is there any reporting that can be done to know where a business process has been reached and how many days it took per activity?

Hi Sweety,

Within the Business Process pane of each document in the LF client is a lot of information on each specific instance.

In the workflow Administration Console you can get some very basic statistics on workflows and how long they took to run etc.

What exactly is the business case for this? Or is it just purely for reporting?

You could also compile a custom search within Audit trail if you wanted something more specific.

Hope this helps! yes

I would like to have the business process details in the Business Process Details or Business Process pane. However I cannot find Participant.

Find below a workflow used as test.

Grateful if you could help me display information

Thanks

Sweety

Can you show the properties of your Business Process Step activities? Did you configure participants in them?

Yes, I configured Participants for the business process. However I can notice that the participants can be seen in the next step section on Business process details screen.

Is there any way to display them in History section of the above screen?

Regards

Sweety

The participants are relevant for the current step and reporting. If you want them recorded in the history, you should add that information in the resolution for each step.
