LFDS Database user change

We need to change the username for the database for the licensing site from what we used to for the original setup.

Please can someone guide me on how I can do that?

Detach the licensing site, but do not delete the database. Then create a new licensing site, specifying the same database and new SQL username, and then click "Attach Site"
