One of our clients have a system interface responsable to show some results and reports about the data they stored on laserfiche. Lately they are trying to do an report that is taking to long to comeback with the result, that is making the application to timeout, because the query is taking too long to search. Their database system is running in a windows server 2012 enterprise sp 1, with Sql Server 2014. They are using the LinkServer tool from SQLServer, to connet to laserfiche database, so they can make a search to build a view, however this action is taking too long to execute. If a person in the system started to generate a report alone, it takes time but it goes ok, but if another person in the same time as the first tried to do one report, it gives like a time out, it drop the database where the search are being performed.

Does anyone have any sugestion in what we can do to have this search from laserfiche faster?, or what other way we can use to get this information on real time to build this report on the other application?

I also want to add that they are going directly to the database, because they arealdy tested that through laserfiche and sdk, the search took even loger to bring the results.

I also attached the slq commands that they are using, first we execute the cmd to create the view and than the others Get commands based on the view to build the report.
