The Thank you message was configured to enable the user to download, print or email the submission.

However, when I try to download/email the submission a laserfiche error message pops up.

Have you checked the event viewer to see if there is an error message associated with this?

Thank you.

We could resolve the issue by taking a look at the event viewer. It was to do with an http post we were using in the javascript code.
