Can you please elaborate on your requirement?

If you are referring to the user's Column display profiles, these are attributes that are assigned to user accounts and not folders. The Everyone user account also has these attributes and the XmlColumnProfiles attribute can be copied and applied to this account and will propagate to all users in that repository.

Unfortunately, there is no method for Workflow to apply a saved column profile to a user account. It might be possible via database scripting though, but I'm not sure if this is your requirement.
