Web Access 8.1 Could not find endpoint element

My customer is trying to run Web Access 8.1 on a Windows 2012 server and is getting the above error when they try to log into their repository.  Can anyone give me some things to check to try to resolve this?

Is the Laserfiche Authentication Service running? By default it uses port 8088. Perhaps there is a port conflict preventing the service from running properly. Check the application and system event logs on the web server to verify if that's the case.

One more piece of information that may be a factor...

This web server is also running WebLink9 connecting to a different LFS and repository.

 

Desired setup:

   WebLink 9 -> LFS9.2.1 on Server A

   WebAccess 8.1 -> LFS8.1 on Server B
