Web Access log in not recorded in Admin Console

When logging into Web Access is it normal for the Administration Console to not log the log in/out times in the Administration Console?

Can you provide a screenshot or further details of what you're describing? The "All Sessions" node in the Desktop Administration Console shows Web Access sessions as well as the login time for me.

I checked the administration console and the server that the user was looking at through Web Access. Turns out they were looking at the wrong server through Web Access. I tested out with the correct server and everything was recorded correctly. Thanks Alex for the timely response.
