Hi Tommy,

The overview is changed to a dropdown in inbox page, no longer a standalone page. Can you tell me how Client uses it before, and why they need it?

I think a lot of companies using Forms liked the older view better, but would like to see it back with some changes. Such As, tabbed views for the screen, so forms processes can be grouped into things like, "Employee Information" and "New Client Forms" so that if you are a new employee or need to update your information, you would go to your "Employee Information" tab and see all the forms available for that section. If you had a new client to process, you would go to the "New Client Forms" tab and see the forms you will need there.

The view for the available forms was useful in 9.1 to quickly click or tap on a form and proceed. The new inbox is fine for its purpose but requires more clicking around to get to the form, and then you need to scroll down and find the one you need as opposed to having many immediately available on your opening screen.
